  1.           ADD REFERENCES AND BIOGRAPHY INFORMATION

  3. This function allows you to quickly enter up to 10 lines  of
  4. biographical  information  or  a  short  reference  for  the
  5. individual. If you want to review and/or edit  the  complete
  6. biography  or  references  for  this  individual, the F4 key
  7. (EDIT) will allow you to enter the text editor.
  8.  
  9. The reference is context sensitive so the first line of  the
  10. reference  will  default to the information contained on the
  11. line you were at when you entered this selection. The  first
  12. line  also  defaults  to  bold print (you can change that by
  13. removing the ~B and ~b characters) and will be followed by a
  14. blank line.

  16. The  F4  key  will allow you to view and edit any previously
  17. entered information.
  18.  
  19. The function keys F2 and F3 are also provided to  allow  you
  20. to find other information that may be useful.
  21.  
  22. You must save the entry with the F8 key.
